How to Copy Text From Image?




Do you want to make a text document from image which is includes text? Or copy some texts from image? So, are you going to type all these texts in image?  Don’t waste your time. Now there is a simple way to make your text document by using OCR technology. The letters of OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition.
There are many softwares which are using OCR technology. If you have installed Microsoft Office(MS office 2003,2007,2010) in your computer, you have an OCR software already. It’s called “ Microsoft Office OneNote ”. MS Office OneNote can extract text from any image. It can recognize handwritten text also. Now I’ll show you how to copy text from image using MS OneNote.

1.       Open Microsoft Office OneNote. ( Start->All programs->Microsoft OneNote)
2.       Drag and drop your image.
3.       Right click on your image( which was dragged and dropped) and select “Copy text from picture”.
4.       Open WordPad or NotePad and “Paste”.   Your text will be past in here.


****Note:-  Sometimes, you may have edit text. Because sometimes it’s not the 100% correct text.
